Can you reassure me that your work will be done correctly?
All our work comes with an 18 month guarantee, which we stand by and are happy to correct any issues that occur within that time provided they are related to our work.
Do you supply the Freeview / Freesat box?
We do not supply these, they can however be cheaply purchased at reputable retailers.
I don’t want an aerial to be visible on my roof or outside wall. What can you do about this?
It may be possible to fit an aerial in a loft space, if signal is an issue you may need an amplifier.
What is the difference between Sky and Freeview / Freesat?
The main difference is that Freeview / Freesat has no monthly subscription but not as many channels either.
Can trees affect the signal I receive?
Trees can and quite often do affect the signal received, and may require your dish or aerial to be moved to resolve this.
What is a FIRS system?
Fibre Integrated Reception System (FIRS) FIRS delivers entertainment services, including satellite and terrestrial TV and Digital Audio Broadcast Radio (DAB) to many homes/rooms, across the Fibre-to-the-Home network. FIRS uses satellite dishes and aerials, mounted in a central on-development location.
